THE SHORT ANSWER
Adobe Experience Platform Tags, previously called Adobe Experience Platform Launch, manages analytics, advertising, and marketing tags. On Beat Digital connects tagging and measurement implementation to website behavior, forms, campaign reporting, and business definitions.
A useful measurement plan starts with the interaction you need to understand. We work from the page and form behavior through the data layer, collection rules, and reporting destination so your team can explain how an event became a number.
Relevant experience
Adobe Launch is part of our enterprise analytics environment. Our broader work combines Adobe Analytics, AEM, GA4, form tracking, and downstream reporting, bringing implementation and analysis into the same engagement.
A measurement specification people can implement
We define the interactions, event names, attributes, and reporting questions before adding more tags. A specification can cover resource downloads, navigation, calls to action, video engagement, form starts, successful submissions, and other meaningful steps in the journey.
Each event needs an intended trigger and a clear interpretation. A click on a submit button, for example, does not prove that the form validated or that its receiving system accepted a record. That distinction matters to both implementation and campaign reporting.
Data elements, rules, and publishing
Tags organizes collection through properties, extensions, data elements, rules, and libraries. We review how the current implementation uses those pieces and where the logic should live, particularly when several teams contribute to a shared enterprise site.
The work includes documenting dependencies, validating changes in the appropriate environment, and making the handoff understandable to the people who maintain the property. Access, publishing responsibility, and the approval process are established with your team.
Forms, embedded tools, and media interactions
AEM components, Eloqua forms, embedded experiences, and video players can expose different interaction signals. We inspect the actual behavior of the implementation before selecting a collection approach. Third-party and iframe boundaries require particular attention.
The scope can include the connection between form identity, campaign parameters, page context, and the event reported to analytics. Media-platform touchpoints, including existing Brightcove integrations, can be assessed as part of that implementation review without assuming every player exposes the same events.
Validate collection and reporting together
A validation pass should check the interaction in the browser, the outbound event, and its appearance in the destination. We also check for duplicate triggers, missing attributes, inconsistent naming, and changes that affect a historical comparison.
A repaired tag improves collection going forward. We document when the change takes effect and whether any prior data can actually be recovered. That keeps stakeholders from expecting a new implementation to manufacture a complete historical baseline.
What an engagement can deliver
- Measurement plan
- Events, business definitions, attributes, and trigger requirements.
- Implementation review
- An inventory of collection rules and their relationship to the website.
- Validation record
- Evidence of expected events and any unresolved gaps.
- Publishing handoff
- Dependencies, ownership, and instructions for maintaining the implementation.
Questions & answers
Is Adobe Launch the same as Adobe Experience Platform Tags?
Tags is the current name for the tag-management capability previously known as Adobe Experience Platform Launch. We use both terms where helpful because many teams still refer to their implementation as Launch.
Can you validate form conversions?
Yes. We review what counts as a completed form, how the site exposes that state, and how it is sent to analytics. We distinguish an attempted interaction from a confirmed submission when the implementation provides that evidence.
Do you also work with Google measurement tools?
Yes. Our measurement work spans Adobe Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and the surrounding website and marketing systems. The collection design follows your actual platform and reporting requirements.
