THE SHORT ANSWER

A marketing data connector reads or exchanges defined information between a source platform and a consuming system. On Beat Digital scopes and implements API and data workflows across analytics, search, advertising, CRM, social, video, and event sources.

A connector should do more than make an API request. It needs to identify the account, permissions, fields, historical window, update behavior, and business meaning of the data it delivers. Those details determine whether the result supports useful reporting.

Relevant experience

Our inventory includes Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, Bing Webmaster Tools, SEMrush, LinkedIn, YouTube, and event data. Delivered integrations and proposed managed-service connections have different scopes; we establish each source contract for the engagement.

Analytics, search, and advertising sources

GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Bing Webmaster Tools, and SEMrush address different questions. Web behavior, search impressions, advertising clicks, and keyword intelligence should retain their source definitions even when they appear in a shared dashboard.

We define the account or property boundary, requested fields, date range, refresh, and transformation logic. Reconciliation and source-specific context keep a combined report from suggesting that every platform counts a visit, click, or conversion in the same way.

CRM, social, video, and event data

HubSpot and Salesforce records can add contact, company, and opportunity context. LinkedIn and YouTube can contribute channel-performance information. Event platforms such as iCapture or Lodago can add records needed for lead follow-up and event reporting.

The exact objects, metrics, and access methods vary by source and account. A proposed connector is scoped against those conditions before it is presented as an available production feed. Inbound reporting and outbound activation are defined as separate responsibilities.

Authentication, refresh, and historical coverage

We establish who owns the source account, which permissions are available, and how access will be maintained. A client-owned account and a defined authorization path make the integration easier to operate when people or responsibilities change.

The design also covers historical backfill, incremental updates, pagination, rate limits, schema changes, and refresh failures. Freshness is a property of the full workflow, not simply the frequency with which a scheduled task starts.

Deliver the data in a form people can use

A destination may be persistent cloud storage, a warehouse, a relational dataset, an authenticated REST API, or a reporting model. We shape the output around the consumer and document the transformations between the source and that output.

Acceptance checks can compare representative source records, expected date coverage, field completeness, and counts under compatible definitions. Monitoring and an operating handoff identify which team investigates an expired permission, delayed refresh, or upstream change.

What an engagement can deliver

Connector specification
Account scope, objects, metrics, permissions, and direction of movement.
Ingestion and refresh workflow
Agreed extraction, backfill, and update behavior.
Normalized reporting output
A documented dataset preserving source meaning and identifiers.
Validation and operations notes
Acceptance checks, ownership, and common failure paths.

Questions & answers

Are all listed connectors already available for every client?

Source access and implementation scope are confirmed for each engagement. Some connections are established workflows; others are proposed or require configuration and development. We agree the exact source and delivery contract before work begins.

Can you connect search, advertising, and CRM reporting?

Yes, through an agreed data model and source scope. The design preserves differences between platform metrics while connecting the records and definitions that support the business question.

Can data be delivered through a client API?

Yes, a REST API can be a scoped delivery method. Authentication, authorization, schema, history, freshness, and consumer requirements are part of that design.
